The location was fantastic, right within walking distance of bars and restaurants. The hotel served as a great base for exploring the comfortable area. The service was top-notch, making us feel truly welcomed.

The offered breakfast was good hot and included a wide range of options. I was met by absolutely amazing and great staff at the lobby area.

Cant believe that a courtyard could have so thin of walls we could hear tv,s conversations, people urinating in stool snoring, blinds opening and shutting, and doors opening and closing. I travel for my work and even the dumpiest motels have been quieter. extremely disappointed

They had the Hearing Accessible room we needed with a balcony, couch, and coffee on hand, which was perfect for us.

Convenient location. Naperville itself is nice for restaurants. The room was comfortable and has a good bed, nice work desk, etc. The front desk were helpful and changed my room after a sleep broken first night. No problems with the room after.

The rooms that are close to the entrance/exit doors to the car parks - and there are a few - can give rise to opening/closing during the night. The hotel was full at the time.

The breakfast was nice and hot with a huge variety of great food. The location was good and unbeatable, not far from restaurants, downtown Naperville, Freedom Commons, Morton Arboretum, and a huge outdoor mall.

courtyard exceeded my expectations during this exploring chicago. the staff were accommodating in orienting us to the area and providing discounts for local restaurants. the room was clean and spacious with a beautiful view. the food and beverages were better than expected.

would very much appreciate courtesy coffee in the lobby. The quality of coffee available in the room was very poor.

The location is particularly good in an extra comfy area, close to restaurants and the plaza nearby. The hotel offers fantastic, beautiful rooms with a balcony and a super comfortable bed. The staff are really helpful and offer wake-up service and ironing free of charge.

The hotel had clean rooms with a nice size, and it was fairly quiet. The staff was accommodating. The room had central heating, multi-channel TV, and a refrigerator. The hotel offered fast high-speed internet access. The location was perfect, within walking distance to everything we needed. They recommended a good restaurant for breakfast.

The location was favourable and marvellous, very close to dinning, and theater. Also, the hotel was 2 miles away from Danada County Forest Preserve. The staff was very friendly, provided an early check-in and a late check-out until 2:00pm.

The breakfast was tasty and served hot, which was a great way to start the day. We were able to check in early, giving us more time to relax. Our room came with a coffee maker, allowing us to enjoy a nice cup of coffee whenever we wanted. ☕️

Good location, good beds and clean

The breakfast, we paid for both days but on both days at 08:30 am everything was empty!
